Privacy Policy

Blueprint AI is run by me, Justin Leffew, in Columbus, Ohio. This page explains in plain English what this website collects, what I do with it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email justin@blueprintai.cc.

The short version

• This site has no accounts or checkout. The review form prepares an email on your device; I receive your details only when you send the email, book a call, or hire me.
• The site itself sets no cookies. A few outside tools (listed below), including Meta's advertising Pixel, collect some information when you visit.
• If you want me to delete something you've sent me, email me and I will.

What I collect and how

Things you give me

• Email and website review requests. The review form uses your name, email, website, and optional notes to prepare a message in your email app. It does not send those fields to a server or store them on this site. If you send the prepared email or email me directly, I receive your email address and whatever you write.
• If you hire me. I'll also receive the content, files, and account access you share so I can build your project, plus the details I need to invoice you.
• Booking a call. The free website review booking links take you to Calendly. Calendly collects what you enter there (usually your name, email, and any notes) and passes it to me so I can prepare for the call. What Calendly does with it is covered by Calendly's privacy notice.

Things collected automatically when you visit

• Hosting (Vercel). Like almost every website, the company that hosts this site records standard technical details: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the time. See Vercel's privacy notice.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). I use Meta's Pixel to see how many people visit after seeing my ads and to improve those ads. It loads a script from Meta that may set cookies and sends Meta information such as the page you viewed, your IP address, your browser and device, whether you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, and actions such as clicking a booking link or preparing a review email. Review form field values are not sent to Meta by this site. If you're logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may connect this to your account. What Meta does with it is covered by Meta's privacy policy, not this one.

How I use it

• To reply to you, run the calls you book, and do the work if you hire me.
• To keep the site working and secure.
• To measure and improve my ads and this site, using the Pixel.

I don't sell or rent the emails or booking details you give me.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that run the tools above (Vercel, Calendly, and Meta), each under its own privacy policy, and anyone I'm legally required to share information with. I don't control what those companies do with the information they collect, so it's worth a look at their policies if you have questions.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies. Meta's Pixel may set cookies (for example, one called _fbp). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

• Ads. You can control how Meta uses your activity to show you ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Blocking. Your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker can stop the Pixel from loading. The site works the same without it.
• See or delete what I have. Email me and I'll tell you what I have from you and delete it if you ask. Calendly, Meta, and Vercel keep their own copies, so you'd need to contact them for those.

How long I keep it

I keep emails and booking details only as long as I need them to work with you or to keep basic business records, and I delete them when you ask.

Security

I keep this site simple and use well-known providers, but no website or email is perfectly secure. Please don't send highly sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, by email.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If I change how this site works or what this policy says, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
