Is $995 the full price for a refresh?

Yes, for the standard scope: up to 10 standard pages, one revision round, and the deliverables listed above. If your site needs custom functionality, major content work, or more pages, you will get the added scope and price before work begins.

How fast will my website be ready?

Your timeline is confirmed at kickoff. Fast delivery depends on receiving your content, access, feedback, and approvals on time.

Do I need to write all the copy?

Bring the best material you already have. Light copy shaping is included. Full copywriting, photography, and brand strategy can be scoped separately.

What is included in the AI Audit?

You receive a prioritized look at where AI could improve lead capture, follow-up, reviews, content, or day-to-day tasks, plus a blueprint you can follow yourself. It also includes a check of how your business shows up when people ask AI tools for recommendations.

I already tried AI and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Usually the tool isn't the problem. It was set up for a generic business instead of yours, and nobody trained the team to use it. The audit starts with where your time actually goes and only points to what fits. If you want something built, I set it up and hand it off so your team can use it. And if AI isn't worth it for you yet, I'll tell you that.

Do I have to buy AI tools?

No. The audit stands on its own. You can use the blueprint yourself, ignore the ideas that do not fit, or hire me to implement selected tools.

What does CRM integration cover?

The base engagement covers core setup, website forms, lead routing, pipeline stages, and essential follow-up. Complex migrations, custom development, and large data cleanup are quoted separately.

Do I own the website?

Yes. Once the final balance is paid, you own the completed website deliverables. Third-party platforms and licensed tools remain subject to their own terms.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit reserves the project. The remaining 50% is due before launch or handoff. Ongoing software and service fees are separate.
